| SHANGHAI, China, and SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.,
Sep. 4, 2007 — Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Inc. (AMEC), a
leading Asia-based provider of proprietary innovative semiconductor
processing technology and equipment, today added two key executives
to its management team. Frank Masciocchi joins the company as vice
president, global business and will lead AMEC's worldwide sales and
customer support initiatives. Matt Ruby joins as vice president,
legal and general counsel. He will assume responsibility for all
legal affairs. The new appointments round out the executive team as
AMEC positions its leading-edge products for the global
