The first products on our technology roadmap are dielectric chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and dielectric Etch systems for 300-mm production. Both are engineered for 65/45 nm and beyond, and carry proprietary technical innovations for higher throughput and superior on-wafer performance. Each carries the AMEC promise of simple design, superior performance, ease of use, reliability and affordability.
