AMEC Marks First Day of Trading on the Science & Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE STAR Market)


Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Inc. China (AMEC) marked its first day of trading on the new Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE STAR Market) under stock code 688012.

AMEC is among the first batch of 25 companies to list on the new Board.

Dr. Gerald Z. Yin, Chairman and CEO of AMEC, spoke on behalf of the first batch of 25 listed companies during the SSE STAR market opening ceremony today, stating: “The sci-tech innovation board is becoming a powerful booster to promote the rapid development of high-tech industry in China, and playing an important role in the development of manufacturing industry.
